Word Class Manufacturing Integrator

ENE Holdings LLC is seeking a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Integrator to lead WCM implementation projects for client(s) in the automotive manufacturing industry. WCM incorporates the use of an established set of principles to guide decision-making within an organization and improve workplace efficiency. The WCM Integrator develops tools to integrate WCM with various tenants of the manufacturing process across all departments (pillars), to achieve organizational targets by optimizing key process indicators (KPIs) such as product development cycle time, cost of manufacturing, and safety. Critical Duties & Responsibilities:

• Formulate models per pillar to represent ideal process states.
• Develop systems to track processes, automate workflows and collect empirical data in real-time.
• Validate and analyze processes against models.
• Derive insights and present recommendations to business unit leaders.
• Implement recommendations within the organization.
• Evaluate progress and derive further insights as recommendations are applied.
• Continuously enhance models, tools & processes based on insights.

Requirements (Education, experience & skills):

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in a STEM field
• World Class Manufacturing (WCM) implementation (1+ years)
• Automotive industry experience (2+ years)
• Data science: Applied Mathematics / Science, Statistics, MATLAB (1+ years)
• Software development: Windows, ASP.NET, iOS & Android, MS SQL Server (2+ years)
• Data engineering: SSIS, Python (2+ years)
• Cloud computing, Machine learning development: Azure (2+ years)
• Business intelligence: SSRS, MS Office (2+ years)
