Company History:

The company has a story that dates back to many years and is rooted in a relationship. The company was born out of a relationship between two individuals, a man and his wife; Enoch and Esi Nartey. The man is an engineer by profession and the wife has an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management. Mr. Enoch Nartey is a graduate of Howard University with a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Mechanical and Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Working in the Auto manufacturing Industry for over 2 decades spanning Concept to product development and finished product, it came as a discovery to Mr. Enoch Nartey that in any manufacturing environment and especially in the Automotive Industry, People, Process and Product are the basic tenants for the creation of exciting products that can change and improve many lives. With that vision, Mr. and Mrs. Nartey embarked on a long journey to form ENE Holdings, an entity to harness the 3Ps (People, Process & Product) in delivering Engineering Services and Consulting, Business Management and Human Resources to various industries. Mrs. Esi Nartey has an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from Oakland University and brings to the company valuable life lessons. A graduate of the University of Ghana, she has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics. She has three kids, two girls Nathania and Michelle and one boy called Nathan. Mrs. Esi Nartey for 12 years dedicated her life to raising a family and creating a home for her family whilst developing the concept for creating E N E Holdings. The journey all began for Mrs. Esi Nartey when she had to migrate to the United States of America after being married to Mr. Enoch Nartey. Living in a new country with all new processes, Mrs. Nartey had to horn her skills to understand the workings of her new country. She quickly learned about the human element which played an integral part in her adaptation and also understood how people were vital to her process of assimilation.
